Wellness oasis Shelter announce addition of FLOW, a yoga class to beats and intro offer

Shelter, a wellness studio in Double Bay bringing fitness and sauna and ice bath indulgence together under the one roof, has announced the introduction of a brand-new Yoga fitness class, Shelter FLOW.  

In this 45-minute Yoga class with a twist, the room will be heated to 27 degrees, lights turned off and music turned up for yogis to flow to the beat. Classes will commence on Saturday 22^nd May and there is a 2-class pass for $29 or 5-class pass for $99 as a special introductory offer.
